To schedule a visit please request a visit via our website or call our office (443) 393-3788. We will provide the appropriate paperwork for you to fill out virtually on a secured website link. You may fill out your paperwork on any computer or mobile device for your convivence.
To enter our office we will send a text message and email message for you to confirm you are here. It will ask some basic screen questions relating to COVID and will ask for your copay. When our team is ready we will confirm your text and you can come on in. If you have any questions about this, please make sure to discuss it with our helpful front desk coordinators.
